Engineering
Engineers with demonstrated skills in requirements gathering, design, configuration, integration and implementation of process control solutions for industry including batch software, PLC / DCS systems, HMI packages, SCADA systems, Visual Basic and PC networking technology. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of process manufacturing field instrumentation, technology and batch process manufacturing expertise in all of the following project phases: Requirement documentation, detailed design generation, implementation, system integration, testing and on-site startup. Daily responsibilities include solutions implementation and support of the project team objectives. This position may provide technical direction or leadership on a project basis for one to ten process control engineers. This position demands a team player approach to project execution. Plans and coordinates technical design and engineering implementation of project work.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in programming leadership as well as the ability to develop and implement standard engineering practices, as well as provide detailed documentation upon project completion. This person will be the project technical lead and may be responsible for some project management activities. A BS in Electrical, Chemical or Computer Engineering is desired. A minimum of 9 years experience in a similar position is required.
Field Service
Field Service candidates should have 5 to 10 years of industrial instrumentation and controls experience with a background that includes but is not limited to installation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of PLC’s, DCS, SCADA, Telemetry, Fieldbus and various instrumentation and controls.The demonstrated ability to work with electric, electronics, pneumatics and valves is highly desirable.Candidates should be able to read and interpret wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings and P&ID’s.The ability to make recommendations and perform software and hardware changes is a plus.All work requires the candidate to make verbal and written reports of work performed, keep and maintain documentation in an electronic format.
