Quarterly - On-Line Inspection Service (Preventative Maintenance) Scheduled On-Line operating inspections are provided to maintain your system in a reliable condition.Inspections will be performed to detect and prevent incipient failures.We will provide written documentation of equipment performance and maintenance procedures performed.
Annual - Off-Line Shutdown Inspection Service (Comprehensive Maintenance) Off-Line Shutdown Inspections are provided to maintain your system in a reliable condition.Inspections will be performed to detect and prevent incipient failures.We will provide written documentation of equipment performance and maintenance procedures performed. Full Coverage Hardware & Site Support Varying levels of coverage are available Covers DCS Hardware, Instrumentation including Labor and Expenses. Software Upgrades Revision Upgrades - releases (i.e. V3.1 to V3.5) Version Upgrades - product enhancements (i.e. V3.XX > V4.01)
System and Instrument – Maintenance, Consultation and Planning Service Designed to provide the customer with an on-site review of the current system & instrumentation installation for potential maintenance issues and plan corrective actions that can be implemented by PASS or the customer staff.PASS will also recommend available upgrades, provide lifecycle information on components and discuss other services that would increase the life of the system and instrumentation. Turnkey - DCS Operator Interface Replacement Program To ensure use of the latest Personal Computer (PC) technology and minimize failures or delays in recovery due to lack of OEM support, PASS will provide a replacement Operator Interface with the latest supported technology.Replacement includes backup, new approved and tested Operator Interface (PC), reloading of operating system, DCS software upload of current project and site testing. DCS Backup Service / Recovery Assistance PASS will assist our clients in developing a plan for regularly scheduled on-site backups.This plan can include arrangements for recovery assistance designed for our client’s specific needs in the event of a catastrophic incident. DCS / Instrument Full Time Site Support This service is designed to provide an On-Site Engineer to deliver customer specific services in combination with the customized services referenced above for an agreed upon duration. Backup support for primary On-Site Engineer is available as an option. Outage support staffing options are also available.
